Gallagher Re names Max Garratt & Russell Hails as Executive Directors

Global reinsurance broker Gallagher Re has announced the appointments of Max Garratt and Russell Hails as Executive Directors for its Australia team.

Garratt brings over 20 years of industry experience to his new role. He joins Gallagher Re from Lockton, where he served as a Partner. Prior to that, he was Executive Director – Broking at Willis Re.

Earlier in his career, Garratt was a Vice President at Marsh and a Broker at Price Forbes & Partners.

Hails also joins from Lockton, where he served as a Partner, and previously spent almost 15 years at Willis Re.
